Fiona Counihan
Dentist

Fiona graduated from UCC in 2012 and worked in private practice in Co. Wexford and Co. Carlow. She joined her father Colman at Counihan Dental Practice in 2018 and worked alongside him until his retirement in 2020.

Aisling Counihan
Hygienist

Aisling graduated as a dental hygienist from UCC in 2011. She joined Counihan Dental Practice in 2019. She is also a registered general nurse and continues to work in private medical practice part-time.

Colleen McAllen
Practice Manager

Colleen has been working in the dental industry since 2000 and thus has a wealth of experience in clinical settings. She joined Counihan Dental Practice in 2006 as a dental nurse. She became our practice manager in 2020.

Lauren Touhey
Dental Nurse

Lauren joined Counihan Dental Practice in 2022. She qualified as a dental nurse in 2023 having graduated from TCD, DDH.

Niamh Whelan
Dental Surgery Assistant

Niamh joined Counihan Dental Practice in 2020 as our receptionist. She has moved into a more clinical role as time progressed and plans to qualify as a dental nurse in future.
